The Career Management Coach Certification course takes you from the 30,000 foot view down to the nitty-gritty details. I learned how to help clients really focus on the trajectory of their career rather than just the next step. While I learned how to guide others through the resume/bio/cover letter process I pulled my documents together using their tried and true methodology. I especially appreciated learning the process and the coach approach to go with it. Very unique perspective that now positions me to offer more to my clients.
