The time spent with Mina and her team was time well spent. I left the week with a working knowledge of how to effectively coach but moreover, I left the week with a heightened understanding of myself. I am looking forward to continuing this learning journey of become a certified coach. I cannot wait to help others discover the powers that already exist deeply within them.
