Advanced Coach Certification Program June 2024
Congratulations!
You will soon be joining an elite group of PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED COACHES (PCCs)–just 43% of the certified coaches worldwide. I am ecstatic you are part of this special class. Beyond coaching confidence and expert skills, we know you will leave with meaningful relationships that could last a lifetime.
This is a powerful opportunity to deepen your coaching skills and bring several new tools and resources into your coaching portfolio. We do practice coaching every afternoon. And each practice pair is observed and personally guided by trained ICF Assessors. On the last afternoon, you will spend time with a class partner actually recording sessions together and conducting your own evaluations using the PCC markers. What a way to learn!
We can wait to have this class--it's even better than the last one. And I'm confident after the program, you will sail through your PCC certification.

Record and Evaluate a Client Coaching Session
Record a live coaching session and evaluate it against the PCC markers using the Short Form below. You may also use a recent recording if you have one. Bring your observations to share and discuss on Day 1. This will serve as a benchmark for gauging your growth during the program. You will not share any part of the recording in the class--just your strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Note: If you need a volunteer to be coached, just let us know.

Performance Evaluations
When you are ready to submit your recording and transcript for your PCC final performance evaluation, we need to confirm that you have completed all the other requirements for your credential. This includes validating all your coach specific training and confirming your mentor coaching hours. Even if you completed your initial training and mentor coaching with Positive Coaching (aka Coach Academy), we need to document all the required elements in order to issue a Level 2 certificate. The following form provides an efficient tool to submit this information.
ICF Exam Preparation
When you are close to submitting your PCC Application, you are invited to participate in any of our quarterly ICF Exam Prep sessions for FREE. You still need to register: https://positivecoach.com/product/icf-exam-prep/, and use the Coupon Code ExamAdv2024 to zero out the cost. The coupon is good for one year.
If you need additional assistance, though, just let us know. We offer sessions quarterly so you might want to look at the upcoming schedule to ensure the timing fits your plan.
